Illums Bolighus always strives for fast delivery. Below you will find information about delivery and collection of online purchases. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact customer service here.
For products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 business days.
The product page will indicate the expected delivery time for that product.
You can pick up online orders in Denmark at Amagertorv and in Norway at Vikaterrassen. It is not possible to pick up in-store in Sweden and Germany.
Delivery fee for delivery in Denmark starts at DKK 30.
Once you have added all items to your basket, you will be able to see the shipping cost. It is estimated on number of items, weight, and size.
For deliveries of furniture and larger lamps in Denmark, a shipping fee of between DKK 250 and DKK 1,000 is added, depending on the size of the order. For shipping outside of Denmark, please see the estimated shipping costs for your preferred delivery country at checkout.
